Do you need structure? Accountability? Support? From someone who GETS YOU? That's what I'm here for. I'm a personal trainer of more than 10 years, and mother to two young boys. I understand the challenges and demands of pregnancy, motherhood and beyond. I understand YOU. I've spent the last 5 years focussing my extensive knowledge as a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, kettlebell instructor, TRX suspension trainer and yoga teacher on the needs of pregnant women and mothers.

My goal is to help as many women as possible build muscular, resilient bodies throughout pregnancy and after birth, supporting them to thrive and feel empowered. My purpose was fuelled by feeling underprepared and lacking knowledge when I had my first baby. There is so much misinformation and misunderstanding around fitness during pregnancy and in the month's post birth, right when you need to feel the most supported!
